Raw Material, Processing, Finished Products Inspection
Analysis of Chemical Element
Portable spectrometers allow our engineers to check the chemical composition of our raw materials to ensure the material meets our procurement technical specifications.
Mechanical Performance Testing
Raw materials go through our microcomputer digital display universal testing machine to determine if the materials’ mechanical properties meet our design requirements.
Dimension Inspection
Inspectors measure the size of our raw materials with Vernier calipers and thickness gauges to verify that the materials meet our procurement standards.
Appearance Inspection
MSS SP-55 and our drawing requirements regarding the exterior of all raw materials’ can be checked via a careful inspection by our trained staff.
Casting Identification
Castings and markings on each of the raw materials are inspected by our workers to ensure they meet our design requirements.
Basic Size Inspection
The inspection team checks the size and dimensions of your valve with vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to ensure they fit your valve system.
Processing Surface Roughness Inspection
Roughness comparison blocks are used to check on the accuracy of the raw material’s processed surface to the drawing. It ensures the surface meet drawing requirements for jamming and scratch resistance.
Geometrical Tolerance Inspection
Using our coordinate measuring machines, we subject DomBor industrial valves to thorough inspection to ensure that they are quality built and meeting ISO 2768 tolerance standards in machinery manufacturing.
Assembly Inspection
All parts are cleaned, while certain components are rust-proofed and lubricated during assembly. Each part’s closing and opening actions are inspected to ensure they have a smooth movement and don’t jam.
Sealing Performance Test
Finished industrial valves are put through pull and pressure testers to determine if they comply with API 6D, API 598, EN12266-1, ISO 5208 and other industrial standards on sealing performance.
Functional Test
DomBor Valve’s trained staff conducts a manual inspection on each of our finalized industrial valves to make sure they meet your function and basic standard requirements.
Paint Inspection
Inspectors carefully check the paint quality of the products. All metals at risk of corrosion are treated with a rust preventive solution. The team follows JB/T 106 for accurate paint identification of specific materials.
Packaging Inspection
Each of your customized packaging is inspected for any visual defects or flaws, ensuring the packaged industrial valves are in excellent condition before shipping them out.
